Nightfall Management began in the early months of 2015 under the original name CloudForest Management as an in house service to it's parent company LifeOver Records. Founded by LifeOver Records and Titan Media Co. owner, Trevor M. Walters and an early business partner, the company began to grow and within a year's time it had undergone a full change of staff as well as had evolved to being a joint project between LifeOver Records and Defiled Management. The company then re branded to Nightfall Management. Nightfall Management now owned by Trevor M. Walters, and LifeOver Records/Famined Records A&R rep Jasmine C. Jones, had begun anew. The company then added on booking agent Chad Sutliff (drummer of Somewhere To Call Home) and had increased their roster size. Having worked with such artists as I Am King (Rise/Velocity Records), Varsity, Galactic Pegasus (Famined Records), GlassFigures (LifeOver Records), Time, The Valuator (Famined Records), Vicious (Ex. Nine Shrines/ I Am King), the staff of Nightfall Management are no strangers to knowing how to manage effectively, and know what it takes to push their clients to the top.
